Tuesday Evening Men’s Study
7:00 – 8:00 PM BY ZOOM
Our time together begins with fellowship and prayer. Usually, we have a Scripture to read or review from our study book. Then we study by discussing the questions from our lesson.
During the discussion, the men are free to raise situations or issues that they are facing. Our goal is to go beyond knowledge and understanding to gain wisdom. We do that by thinking of ways to apply God’s truth to our lives. We have 3 rules: 1) We try to be prepared to answer the questions. 2) We don’t give advice but offer counsel. 3) Everything is to be held confidential. We always close with prayer requests and prayer.
We are very informal and enjoy getting to know each other. Many of our men are older, mature Christians, and all of us wish to be all that Christ would have us to be.
This is a great time to join in! We are currently studying, James: The Relationship Between Faith and Works by David Jeremiah.

Men’s Prayer
Each month, Men of South gather for prayer the first Saturday, in room 205 and over Zoom online at 8:30AM. This Saturday will be a much-needed, powerful time of joining together in prayer. Men, please come, and let’s pray for revival for our church, our city, our state, our country and our world.“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16
We are currently offering two morning services – the Creative Service in the Chapel, and the Balanced Service in the Worship Center. Adult Bible Communities, children’s ministries and nursery are offered during both services.

11:00AM Creative Service, Chapel

Sunday Morning Schedule
We have had them here before and they are back in concert, here at South Church in the Worship Center. Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass will present hymn classics with a contemporary flair. They feature three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, percussion, and keyboard. These instruments blend together to create a time of innovative worship that will be enjoyed by all generations. Invite your friends for this summer concert on July 16th at 6pm
This concert will not be recorded or broadcast, so be there!
