A retreat just for women
Sometimes it’s so quiet in northern Michigan you can almost hear yourself smile. Other times the laughter in your group leaves your sides hurting. Bring some friends, or come by yourself. Choose from a whole lineup of activities on our 350 acres—or just enjoy not doing anything. The retreat will begin Friday afternoon with check-in and an evening buffet snack, and continue unhurried through the Sunday noon meal.
The fee is $145 per person. The weekend is open to those who are high school seniors and older. A deposit of $50 should be made with your registration (with the balance due one week prior to the event).

Visions of Christmas – December 2025
This outreach event is a great opportunity for you to invite women who need to hear and be transformed by the message of the gospel. A light meal and dessert are served at beautifully decorated tables hosted by women from South.
A gospel program will be presented in the Worship Center between the meal and dessert.
Watch for ticket information this fall – This event sells out immediately, so plan ahead.
- If you volunteer to decorate and host a table you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets at your table in advance or let us fill your table with women who want to attend but cannot decorate a table. Watch for Hostess Sign-Up in September.
