How about a trip down the river on the Michigan Princess? We haven’t done this in a while. October should have beautiful colors along the river. We need to arrive at the boat dock by 11 am. Boat leaves at 11:30 and returns at 1-1:30. Tickets are $48 for seniors and includes a meal of Roasted Turkey, Vegetarian Lasagna, Creamy Garlic mashed potatoes, Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Corn, Tossed salad and Dinner Rolls. Whew, that’s a lot of food! Dixieland Jazz will also be playing as we cruise. Please sign up on the Legacy board if you plan to attend so we know how many tickets we will need.

We will be gathering together for our annual Thanksgiving potluck. We will meet in the Fireside Room at South Church at 5 pm to start the festivities. Please bring a dish to pass. According to the command of Jesus himself and consistent with New Testament teaching, those who have consciously turned from their sin and put their personal faith in Jesus Christ should be baptized as an outward sign of their commitment to Him as Savior and Lord.
- Membership Course—attend The Membership Course that is normally offered three times during the year.

Valentine’s Day is coming soon, so let’s bring our Senior Singles together for a fun day of eating and playing games. We will meet at 1 pm on February 11 in the Student Lounge to eat goodies and play games. Please bring a passing dish for the potluck and any games you may want to play. Please sign up on the Legacy board if you are planning to join us, so we know how many to expect. Hope you will join us for a fun afternoon.
Senior Singles please join us on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, to put together gift bags for our shut-ins. Please bring some small items to add to these gift bags. Suggestions would be lotions, lip balms, toothbrushes, Kleenex, small snack bags, toothpaste, just to name a few. We will plan to fill 15-20 bags. After we are done filling bags, we will watch a movie. We will meet in the Fireside room at 2 pm. Feel free to bring snacks and remember to sign up on the Legacy Board if you are planning to join us. Don’t forget to wear green!
Mosaic Ministries (Senior Singles) will be traveling to Grand Rapids to Meijer Gardens to see the butterfly gardens. We will meet in the church parking lot at 10 am to either carpool or take a church van. We will plan on eating lunch in Grand Rapids.
