REGISTRATION
- STEP 1: Fill out the online registration form. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once you’ve registered detailing step 2.
- STEP 2: Submit $50 deposit, SERVE registration form, and SERVE liability form to Jessica.
- STEP 3: Pay balance by April 20.
Your spot WILL NOT BE RESERVED until you have completed the first 2 steps.
WAIVERS
You will need to have a current South permission form on file. These are updated annually.
PAYMENT
Submit payment to Jessica – you can mail it to the church, leave it in Jessica’s mailbox in the office, or bring it (in an envelope labeled with your name, especially if it’s cash!) to Arise on Wednesday nights (checks payable to South Church).
Cost: $50 deposit due upon registration. Spots are limited and your spot is not reserved until you’ve submitted the deposit. The remaining balance of $350 is due by March 22. There is a late fee of $50 for payment submitted after that date.
CANCELATION POLICY
Upon completing the online registration form, you are responsible for payment. If you cancel at any point after registration, you are still held responsible for payment, unless we are able to fill your reserved spot. The closer to the trip that you cancel, the harder it will be for us to fill your reserved spot.
DEADLINE
The deadline to sign up for this trip is March 22. Do not wait until the last week to sign up if you know you’d like to go. There are only 15 spots for students.
