Testimony: I grew up in a Christian home and attended a small country evangelical church where the gospel message was delivered weekly and lived out in everyday lives.  During my childhood years I would often attend several Vacation Bible Schools at various churches in town with friends.  It was one morning at VBS, during a message from a guest speaker, that the Holy Spirit prompted me.  Even though I knew who God was and respected Him as the authority in my life, I realized I had not personally accepted Christ as my Savior and Lord.  It was on that day in 1971 that I accepted Christ, and since then I have honestly felt that the will of God for my life is to serve in ministry.
