The study was led by some athletes whom I greatly admired. As the gospel was shared, I was under deep conviction and gave my heart to Christ that night. Hungry for growth and God’s Word, I began attending a strong Bible-believing church where I was spiritually fed by a wonderful, godly pastor. I began leading Bible studies in my high school, working with Youth for Christ, and serving in my local church. Feeling that God was calling me into the ministry, I went to Bible school for further preparation.
