Hobbies: Progressing in technique of electric guitar, learning Biblical languages, throwing dodge balls at kids' faces (and then them not being out); whatever new music comes out this Tuesday...; eating chips and chocolate chip cookies

Testimony: For all of the things that I have tried, all of the avenues that I have invested time into, all of the things that I tried to attach to myself to give me worth, it was just as Solomon says: they were all “chasing after the wind.”  In college I got to the place where all was stripped away—I had nothing left, and I decided to tell God, “I’ll give your way a shot.” So I stopped trying to find my satisfaction in things or relationships or accomplishments. Those things are okay, but they are not you. Everybody is looking for something that lasts, and I have found that only through Jesus Christ, through doing it God’s way, can we have a true identity.
