Ministry Assistant to Pastor Odgers, Pastor Durow, and Pastor Wayner

Born and raised: Born in West Allis, WI.  I have lived in St. Louis, MO; Troy, MI; Omaha, NE; and Saginaw, MI prior to moving to Lansing.

Education: Michigan State University (BA Professional Writing)

Ministry Experience: Ministry assistant for Neil Odgers, our college pastor, and for Jeff Durow and Joel Wayner, our pastors for student ministries.

Hobbies: Reading, scrapbooking

Community Activities: I served as a Bible study leader for two years in Cutting Edge Ministry, the college group here at South, where I continue to meet with and disciple girls.

Testimony: As a freshman in college my brother introduced me to Cutting Edge Ministry and South Church.  Throughout the year I repeatedly heard the gospel and saw it lived out through the relationships around me.  I came to understand that the sin in my life separated me from God, but that God made a way for me to have a relationship with him, through Jesus.  I accepted Jesus as my Savior and Lord over Easter weekend at the end of my freshman year and have been growing in my walk with him ever since.
