First Visit—At your first visit we ask you to fill out an information card. Please be specific! Write down any information that would assist us in caring for your child. This care card will be kept on file. Please include your location while your child is in the nursery. Be sure to update this card as your child’s needs change or if your location changes. Also be sure and note your child’s allergies on this information card. We will mark their name tag with a red dot and list their allergies on the back.
 
Check-in—You will sign your child in on the clip board at the check-in counter. A volunteer will give you a name tag to pin on your child’s back. You will also be given a bracelet which has your identification number on it. This number is your call number if your child needs you. Your child will only be released to the person who has this bracelet.  Please include  these labeled items in your diaper bag:  

Pacifier (if used)

Snack—We serve Cheerios, animal crackers and pretzels. If you have special needs, please pack your own child’s snack.

 

Nursing Mothers—For your comfort and convenience, we have a place for nursing mothers to nurse their infants in the women’s restroom directly across the hall from the check-in counter.
